Designers Ben Satchell designed a series of postage stamps for an RSA brief last year.
RSA postage stamps submission 2011. This brief was about celebrating UK ‘Firsts’. I carried out this brief as a quick weekend brief and decided to go down the route of bringing back the early days of top class motorsport by highlighting the ‘firsts’ among British people achieved. From Brooklands (the worlds first purpose built motorsport venue) to Colin McRae (the first British World Rally Champion). I ended up with 6 stamps and the limited edition booklet that would accompany the stamps.
