For my Hotdog booklet I have now decided to focus on food, and looking at a 3 course meal which uses only three ingredients. Here is some research I undertook to look at food publishing. I have also undertaken a great amount of research into this on my PPP blog for a research task that Fred gave use last week. This became my inspiration for my change in direction for this brief.
